This figure was manufactured by Fun 4 All in the year 2001 and is perfect for collectors of rare unique vintage action figures. Note that the front plastic separates from the box at the top front under the word "Pozers" when you push on the plastic, as I've shown in the last 2 pictures. A little glue will fix that. It is not noticeable unless you push on the plastic. Also, a sticker has pealed back on the figure's raised left hand, which you can also see in the last 2 pictures.
