Description: This wonderful vintage gadget was found while shuffling through an Estate kitchen drawer. Having never seen one, the name BUTTERCUP won me over! Design is so simple and unmarked as to manufacturer. But how can you resist this??? The rectangular tin vessel measures 4 3/8" horizontally and 2" vertically, including the 1/8" curved lip. The convenient handle including the black plastic/acrylic portion (not bakelite) measures 1 1/4" and roughly 1 5/8" and is set a gentle raised angle.
