Description: A RARE and incredible find! This large brooch depicts a proud rooster with rhinestone accents and large clear jelly belly. Signed on the body Trifari with the Crown above the T with copyright symbol following; and also signed the same on the head with no copyright symbol. Textured and shining goldtone done in Trifari's own gold metal coating, Trifanium. Red, green, and blue tiny inset rhinestones bedeck his comb, eyes, and tail. The absolutely clear jelly jelly cab has an indent, is prong-set, and shows no scratches. Probably produced around 1955 based on the signatures. He's a good size, 2-3/4" H x 2" W.
