This item was acquired from the estate of a Portmeirion collector. A figural teapot made in England by Portmeirion - Limited Edition # 11 of only 95 produced. Each teapot takes more than 7 days to create and is individually hand-made so no two are the same. This teapot features an old-fashioned market stall with a striped canopy as the lid. All the items on the stall are based on Portmeirion Botanical Garden products and created in miniature scale by Portmeirion’s own in-house artists. This item is highly collectible and is intended for decorative use only. Please zoom in to photos to view condition and measurements. There is some crazing throughout and a hairline crack with chip on the white towel laying on the china stall. See last photo. The striped canopy also shows some wear- see close up photo.
