Rare VTG Rushton Co Star Creations Rubber Face Cowboy Bunny 19”Plush Orig. 1950s

Description: Estate Find. Extremely scarce Rushton Co. Star Creations rubber face rabbit with original cowboy outfit circa 1950's. Rarely seen this piece is nearly impossible to find with its complete outfit. The rabbit measures approximately 18" in height from bottom to top of the hat or 19" in height to the very high tip of the ear and wonderfully dressed with a gun holster and green vest, and it still has its original red scarf and belt. It is fitted with its original cowboy hat. Includes rushton tag as pictured. The only thing it might've had is a gun, but I wasn't able to find any original gun that might've gone into the holster, but I did see one outfitted with a more modern cap gun. This is a very nice example, but it does have a tear and areas of loss to the left back side of the cowboy boot and will need some type of attention if desired. The rabbit is very nice and clean with vibrant colors throughout with some light areas of soiling and age related wear to the fur as shown. The right pants leg has a small stain, and some of the threads are a little loose along the boots and other areas as pictured. The scarf has some wear as pictured. If I MISSED ANYTHING, PLEASE refer to ALL 24 PICTURES for overall CONDITION and SIZE. No odors whatsoever and looks very well cared for as pictured. Again, it is a really hard to find example that seldomly shows up for sale.
