All the cabinets I build are fabricated in my shop , one at a time , out of 3/4" pine that I select and assembled using strong beautiful halfblind dovetail glued joinery . I then router the exterior corners so you can easily install standard corner protectors if you so choice . The front speaker baffle is 1/2" baltic birch and the rear panels are 1/4" baltic birch . I use #8 oval head zinc plated wood screws and finish washers for that custom look . All the cabinets I sell are sanded to a 220 grit when they are mailed off to you the buyer .
