Description: RB-1836 BALL MADE BLUE MIDGET MASON'S PATENT NOV 30TH 58 1858 ERROR FRUIT JAR Click images to enlarge Description Up for auction is this AWESOME TOUGH TO FIND RB-1836 BALL MADE BLUE MIDGET MASON'S PATENT NOV 30TH 58 1858 ERROR FRUIT JAR, BASE #3. WITH NICE CFJ LUGGED LID. MASON'S PATENT NOV 30TH 58 missing the 18 in 1858. I believe this is RB-1836 which says this jar is Ball made if i have the correct RB number. Jar is in nice clean condition no cracks and no major chips on jar but the ground lip has some chips which is common for jars this old see pics. There is one tiny open bubble on the top tip of the letter 'S in Mason's. Lugged lid is is a CFJ Lugged Lid in nice shape will clean up some. I did take a photo of this Midget jar next to a Ball jar so you can compare the color and decide if its aqua or closer to Ball blue, the ball jar is not included.This is a nice example of this tough to find jar. This jar is straight out of my collection display cabinet and it displays super nicely and would make a great addition to your collection. I will be listing more jars so please be sure to check back.
