Part of the inner lining of the case is detached along the back side where the case hinges. It appears that this lining was just glued on and could probably be repaired. There are also some stains on the exterior portion of the case. There is a really noticeable stain on the bottom / side of the case as well as a lighter stain on the top of the case.
