It sometimes lights up but usually does not light up. It doesn't move, but I'm not sure if it'll move without the remote. It also seems like there's supposed to be a screw in the back of the battery cover, but the screw is missing. Clean battery compartment. Takes 2 AA batteries (not included). SELLING AS IS, UNTESTED.
