The last coat was a heat set protective varnish. His skin is smooth. He's weighted with triple bagged fine glass beads and tiny steel beads. He's stuffed with a poly filling. Nick wears size newborn and the clothing items are new. The dark pants have been washed to prevent fading on the vinyl.
