Description: Oil painting on cowhide by Sherry Beadle 1984 of Paul N “Red” Adair the world famous oil well firefighter & a Sunshine Kid. This painting on cowhide is 34” wide and 54” long 10% of the sales price goes to The Sunshine Kids Children’s Cancer non profit. This will also come with a certificate of authenticity from the Estate of Red Adair’. This is a one of a kind painting and I believe it was done for charity as Red really loved giving back to many charities but especially those charities that benefited children. Born during the great depression Red truly knew that one must always go above and beyond and even when you can’t go any further that’s when you know you getting close to being half way done. Sitting down and taking thing slow was not in his DNA.
