Description: Red Wing Art Pottery Tri-Footed Bowl by Charles Murphy M-1495 Mid-Century For sale is a 1950's Mid-Century Modern medium gloss, textured brown color Red Wing Pottery Tri-Footed Console Bowl designed by Charles Murphy M-1495 as part of his Garden Club line. The bowl has a "pea pod" biomorphic organic shape and measures 11" in length, 3" tall and 6 1/4" deep. Underside of the bowl is marked "Red Wing U.S.A. M-1495". The Bowl is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing; there are some surface variations in the glazing (see photos) and an imperfection in the mold along the top inside edge of the bowl (see photos).
