Description: This is a Mint and Very Scare/Rare Roseville Rozane-Untrimmed Pottery Napkin Ring. In 35 years of collecting I’ve only seen 1 other Zanesville Standard Glaze type napkin ring, and that one was also in the Untrimmed Rozane glaze. The Rozane-Untrimmed line has no artwork (please see page 324 in Bomm et al, 1998, Roseville in all its Spender for additional information on this unusual early Roseville Line). However; there are likely 100+ times as many Rozane pieces with artwork for every Rozane Untrimmed pieces of pottery surviving in the present day.. NOTE: there are no issues such as hairlines, cracks, or chips identified on this piece of pottery. I use plenty of bubble wrap and Styrofoam peanuts during packing to ensure each item arrives in the same condition I shipped it. I also require each item be fully insured by the USPS mail service, which is free for pieces shipped by USPS under $100 (i.e. like this piece). See other auctions for additional pottery. Contact me if you have any questions on this piece of pottery.
