Machined from delrin, oil-embedded bronze, with replaceable O-ring to match the profile of the original idler wheels (o-ring is tight to the wheel and will not move freely). The bronze bearing is bored to .2205", from solid rod stock to ensure atight tolerance fit to the idler shaft, while still spinning freely, this process along with the delrin body will help with some ofthe rumble issues known with these turntables. With a setscrew to secure the wheel to the shaft, like the originals.
