According to the 1891 City Directory for Appleton, Dr. Winslow was the Mayor of Appleton, as well as a physician. His Residence and practice were located at 841 Lawrence Street. The photo measures 8 1/2" x 6 3/8" and is mounted to a 14" x 11" board that has two holes punched along the left edge. The photo is in very nice condition. The board has wear to the corners and edges, overall discoloration, and stains.
