Restored, Beautiful, & Rare Sessions “94 WC” Antique Westminster Chime Clock

Description: Beautiful and carefully refurbished/restored antique Sessions “94WC Admiration” Westminster Chime Mantel Clock. It has a beautiful heavy mahogany cabinet with insets under the dial and ornate trim. It was made in the USA in March of 1941, it is a 1936 94 WC model. (41 03 Stamp on the movement). In 1941 Sessions gave this clock a name as well “Admiration”. It has rich sounding chimes and a Sessions Westminster movement. The movement has been disassembled, repaired, oiled, and adjusted for accurate time keeping/chiming. We inserted several new bushings at the points for dependable timekeeping, please see photos of our work. The two mainsprings were cleaned and now have fresh synthetic keystone oil. The chimes chime 4 notes on the 1/4 hour, 8 notes on the 1/2 hour, 12 notes on the 3/4 hour, then 16 notes and the hourly salutes at the top of the hour. The dial has been well kept, one of the nicest we have seen. We placed high end felt pads on the bottom corners. We did strip, clean and stain this beautiful case and then applied a new coat of poly. Comes with a key and original pendulum weight (bob). We also included a large key for ease in winding. It is 10”H x 21 ”W x 6”D. See our “Colonels Clocks” YouTube channel to hear the pleasant chimes.
