He took it apart and the airplane still moves, but it’s kind of glitchy. Also I cleaned it and took new photos. The new photos have the white background. One owner, this is my watch. I purchased it in the early 80's at Bloomingdale’s. It has a flying airplane that circles the face over New York City and Manhattan. It is super cute and adorable which is why I bought it. It’s a twist wind up and you are supposed to wind daily but it hasn’t been worn or wound in 40 years. I cannot find the exact same one anywhere which leads me to believe that it is rare, hard to find & vintage! It was made in Hong Kong, and there are other versions of this watch, but none with the exact New York City face.
