Description: · Worn 1978 to 1980 · Measures: 3” x 2.5” · Good vintage condition with light fraying. These are from the Estate of a former Military History Professor who had passed from Cancer in 2008. I am identifying and adding the history of these patches through a Combination of his notes and book sources such as Special Forces of the United States Army 1952/1982 by LTC Ian D.W. Sutherland (Ret.), U.S Army Patches: An Illustrated Encyclopedia of Cloth Unit Insignia by Barry Jason Stein and the United States Naval Aviation Patches Series by Michael L. Roberts.
