A sharp, unread copy showing handling wear to the outer covers. The spine has light wear along the spine edge of the FC. The front cover has light chipping at the upper corner tips and a few short, faint, creases near the top right corner. The back cover has a diagonal crease to the bottom left corner, which also affects the lower left corner on several pages of the text. (photos 14 & 15). The interior front and rear covers show some tanning to the upper white wraps, though are otherwise unmarked. The text shows similar tanning, at the upper portion of the text, though the pages remain supple and firmly bound. First printings of this title, especially in collectable condition, are becoming quite uncommon. I am Legend has been filmed 3 times; first as The Last Man on Earth, starring Vincent Price (1964), then as The Omega Man, starring Charleton Heston (1971) and lastly, under the novel’s original title, as I am Legend, starring Will Smith (2007).
