These sneakers were created as a limited edition collaboration between the Australian brand COOGI and the contemporary footwear label Android Homme. Only 100 pairs were made. Only 5 pairs sold in US!! Rarest of rare shoes.The collaboration features COOGI's signature multicolored knitwear patterns, which are applied to the Alfa silhouette, and also have white leather overlays, and a glossy white rubber outsole.Designed by Aristotle “Esco” Montanez, the CEO of Snkrbst.com and the son of Coogi's Creative Director, Willie “Esco” Montanez, the collaboration uses the knit that made Coogi sweaters popular in the 1990s. The knit is three-dimensional and weaves up and down, so each shoe is unique in appearance. These sneakers are limited edition at 100 pairs. Unfortunately, collectors and the sneaker-obsessed will be hard-pressed to find a pair of the $590 ($550 for the Alpha Low model) shoes. While they only launched a short time ago, each country lucky enough to sell the limited-edition collaboration was only sent 20 pairs, and in the U.S, the only places selling Coogi x Android Homme was Patron of the New in New York City (they received five pairs).
