Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION: Ridgid soil pipe cutter. Model 206. Brand new open box. Customer return. Was used improperly by customer and was jammed up when returned and "Spirol pins" bent. Unjammed and replaced "Spirol pins". Tested and works fine. Some damage to the knurling on the knob caused by use of channel lock when unjamming and paint scuffed on the ratchet assembly (see pics). Cuts 1 12" - 6" pipe. The first picture is stock item, the rest are of the actual product.
