They are not manufactured by Riker but are still a high quality box made in the USA. Each box comes with a heavy white poly fill batting that will prevent your lighter items from moving around inside the box. The glass top provides a beautiful clear viewing area as well as providing protection for your most delicate items. The top of the box telescopes over the bottom and is held together by stainless steel pins so your collectible will not fall out. These are great inexpensive display boxes with millions of uses. They work really well for most collectibles including minerals, fossils, gems, slabs, cabochons, meteorites, insects, butterflies, sea shells, rocks, crystals, jewelry, agates or other geological samples. They will also work well with man made objects including arrowheads, archaeological artifacts, coins, stamps, knives, pins, hat pins, patches and civil war relics & other military artifacts.
