RIO's durable floating running line gives these lines great durability. The AquaLux® Tip Line with a 9.5 ft clear intermediate tip based on a Clouser taper, easily turns over a large streamer, and presents the fly just subsurface to draw the fish off the bank. The RIO DC sink tip lines have a tip that is smaller in diameter than the sinking belly. The tip sinks first, presenting the fly in the strike zone. The DC Sink Tip lines are available with 7 ft, 15 ft and 24 ft DC sinking tips and various sink rates from Type 3 to Type 8. The 15 ft DC is the all purpose sink tip while the DC 24 ft Sink Tip line is the perfect choice to get the fly down deep to anadromous species.
