You can even see on the original box it has the Cat. No. placed over the regular “B-3400.” WORKS Great! I have used all of the settings. Forward (Out) reverse (In) in both High & Low. The thermostat (missing knob) goes up to 12 and either slows the fan down or speeds it up. I posted a video to show the various speeds. Of course the cell phone recording makes the blades look like they are going slower than they actually are. It comes with the Original Box - if you’d like to have it. Also includes the original metal sides. Made in Memphis Tennessee USA. It will be shipped in another outer box.
