It is lightly tanned and has some soiling, minor foxing and wear to the edges (but so will we all if we make it to 100). Page size is approximately 7-5/8" wide by 11" tall. Please see Image Size below for actual size of the map image. Most of the defects can be cut away when you mat and frame the map.
