Description: This piece is in fair condition with some silverplate likely worn through on the handles. Really am at a loss of words of what to call it and have not been able to find anything like it. The last picture is me being flown by the Cleveland Clinic for my original heart transplant Thanksgiving 2020. Sadly, it failed and I now have received a second heart transplant after spending 4 months in a Cardiac ICU. I am attempting to raise money to deal with the existing and future medical bills, the cost of drugs and our mortgage. The last few years have exhausted our savings and exceed our income.
