Description: This is a very fine example of Roseville Pottery. The Pine Cone was a 1935 pattern designed by Frank Ferrell for Roseville Pottery. The basket is glazed in shades of brown,amber and accented inside with deep teal green. Graceful needles and pinecones decorate the body and the handle is formed in shape of a pine branch. This Roseville Pinecone basket is shape #338-10 and measures 10" high at the base is 6" diameter while at the widest point is 8¼" from one side of the handle to the other. this highly collectable piece is in pristine condition without cracks, chips, crazing or repairs of any kind. The Basket is a rare shape in this pattern and highly collectable.
