I really do want to save my customers some money but I need to do it this way. The vast, vast majority of glasses arrive just fine and the customer is very happy with their new collectible. But, every so often, something happens. If you do receive a broken glass or a print that doesn't look quite right please reach out to me and let me do what I can to fix it. However, I will need a photo of the damaged or faulty item. Without a photo I really can't do anything to help.
