They were recently removed from a new, old stock, box that was just opened (see last photo for the kit it was removed from). I have inspected, and tested them. They work great, and there is only one blemish that must have happened during shipping. Part of the plastic for the size adjustment, on one of the ear cups, has chipped. Picture #7 shows the chipped earpiece, while picture #8 shows a good earpiece. The only thing this affects is that earcup adjustment moves more freely than normally. Otherwise, these headphones are in new condition. This listing is for the headphones only. No battery or charger will be included. And no other items from the kit in the final picture are included.
