Apparently, the move met with approval by the fans, since Saga's 2012 album, 20/20 (released concurrently with the group's 35th anniversary), entered the German charts at number 13, the highest position of any Saga album since 1985's Behavior (which reached number two). Over the course of a career that's spanned five decades, Saga have established themselves as one of Canada's most successful progressive rock bands, and have found a loyal, international audience for their ambitious music. Emerging in the late 1970s, the band broke big in 1981 with the release of their fourth full-length effort, World's Apart, which featured the hits "On the Loose" and "Wind Him Up." Despite enduring myriad lineup changes over the decades, Saga maintained a huge European fan base, specifically in Germany.
