SAILOR MOON ANIME CEL USAGI VOWS TO PUNISH YOU IN THE NAME OF THE MOON!

Description: Usagi will punish you in the name of the Moon in this fantastic original one of a kind production cel. I have been hoarding this cel since I first obtained it directly from Toei Studios in the early 1990's, when Sailor Moon was just starting to become a phenomenon. This is a standard size cel and comes with the hand-painted background shown, which has been trimmed to cel size.. As per Toei practices, impossible to determine if this is the matching background but it works wonders for this cel. The lighter streak in the upper left is a light reflection. The standard size cel is stuck to the background and the cel has scattered powdered pigment on the reverse, very difficult to see with the cel in position. No douga or genga. Very slight Toei line fading after 30 years. Stored in climate controlled dark environment, smoke and pet free. This comes in the original bag with the Toei Studio sticker. I consider this the ultimate Usagi cel, perfectly centered, and is and was the best Sailor Moon I ever owned, and I had have had dozens in my collection and for sale over the years.
