Leather is authentic crocodile skin - shiny and in excellent condition. The bag has minor wear (see photos) for a bag of its age. A little corner rubbing and on the handles. Interior is clean and unstained. Closure works perfectly. I can also include a leather strap I purchased separately that matches the chocolate brown perfectly if you want to make it a shoulder bag.
