Description: I PURCHASED THIS SET IN 1962 AFTER A COOKING DEMO BY THE REP. IT WAS VERY PRICEY FOR ME AS I HAD JUST GRADUATED AS AN R.N. AND IT COST ME TWO MONTHS SALARY. IN RETROSPECT IT WAS A VERY GOOD VALUE AS IT HAS LATED 62 YEARS. THE LIFETIME WARRANTY WAS VERY USEFUL AND EASY TO NAVIGATE. DURING THE YEARS I CALLED IN TO THE COMPANY AND THEY REPLACED A LONG HANDLE WHICH HAD GOTTEN CRACKED AND THE SMALL SAUCEPAN AND MATCHING LID AFTER A FREAK ACCIDENT WHEN THE ORIGINAL WAS DAMAGED. THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH, A COMPANY WHICH STOOD BY THEIR WARRANTY. PRETTY IMPRESSIVE AS YOU CONSIDER 62 YEARS OF USE. I AM ON THE NEXT STAGE OF MY LIFE AND DOWNSIZING SO THAT THIS WILL NOT HAVE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BY MY HEIRS. OF ALL MY PURCHASES FROM THIS EARLY TIME, THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST ENDURING. THE DOME LID AND THE REGULAR LID ARE INTERCHANGEABLE WITH THE LARGE STOCK POT AND THE LARGE SKILLET. THE LIDS HAVE VAPO, THE POTS ARE IN EXCELLENT TO VERY GOOD CONDITION, NO DENTS AND STILL SHINE WITH SOME SIGNS OF USAGE, REVIEW PHOTOS. I EXPECT THEY WILL LAST SEVERAL MORE GENERATIONS IF MY EXPERIENCE IS ANY INDICATION. 3 cup, 2 qt. & 3 qt. saucepans with lids ,7+ qt. stockpot, 9" skillet & lid, 11" skillet, 11" lid & 11" dome lid, double boiler, steamer & lid, 6 poached egg cups & holder, all lids have vapo insert. The 3-cup saucepan was replaced by Saladmaster with T304S pan and lid. I filled the pans with water to get an approximate size. The set is still quite shiny, and shows some shallow marks from cleaning, the handles and knobs are in good condition with no cracks.
