This tape is officially licensed, and is in the original Italian with English subtitles. This tape is brand-new, and factory sealed! There is a small break in the shrink at the bottom. This tape was from a huge collection of sealed stuff, and it appears that the bottom right-hand corner of the tape was crushed at some point (check out the pics), and there is a small piece of the plastic shell that appears to have come apart from the tape inside of it, but it isn't anything that should affect playback (again, please check out the pics).
