Description: This is a magazine back issue, Vol. 42 of Sampler & Antique Needlework Quarterly magazine. It is from Spring, 2006. These are wonderful magazines, filled with historical information about samplers and other types of needlework and needlework tools. There is also a sampler pattern included in this issue entitled The 1824 Caroline Harth Sampler". A photo of the contents of the magazine is included. This is a special edition of the magazine that contains more historical articles and less patterns. As you can see from the photograph of the front cover it is "The Companion to The 2006 Charleston Museum Exhibit." I obtained this magazine at an estate sale. I am sure it was read by the original owner, and I read it as well, but it does not appear to have been used to stitch any of the designs. All pages are intact and overall, the magazine is in very good condition. There is a small, slight page bend on the upper right corner which carries through to the first several pages. There is also a slight "curl" to the bottom right corner which I believe could be straightened by pressing with a weight.
