Powers on and lights the bulb just fineboth channels had some static when hooked up to speakers. it was not loud but was present. did not seem like a 60hz buzz.when input was applied only one channel had music - the other still had the static hum...the other channel had sound with no 60 hz hum as far as i could tell.all the knobs/pots need cleaning becaluse turning them created loud static sounds the caps were not blown but you be the judge - i took the cover off to see their condition and to take pictures for you hope that helps bid accordingly, buy with confidence and offers are most welcomed
