Tight joints, good paint, and complete with all accessories & mini comic. Also included is a clear plastic star case exactly as pictured. As shown in the video the figure works and the lever smoothly pulls up and down. You do not get a ton of sparks but every few pulls you can atleast see some sparking if the lights are dim. I would assume the flint will continue to wear down inside and this feature may diminish. There is a little smudge on his back that I missed trying to clean up, I'm not sure if this will come off or not (Picture 9, left of the trigger). This figure is from a large collection, the original owner would slowly upgrade the condition of his figures over time, this was the last and best condition figure they ended up with.
