This book is in wonderful condition except for 3 pages in the beginning that have been separated from binding as shown in photo. (Double sided the unbound pages are numbered 7-12). This would be the only repair and the book is priced according. Any other less expensive editions I have found have scribbles and are in poor condition. Add this beautiful book to your collection!
