Or simply a registration? Unsure… Guessing this from the late 90s? Not sure how this found its way to the US, but here we are. Please notice that below the seat on frame looks like there was an old weld repair. Tires are pumped and hold air. No pedals for some reason. Front basket bracket is gone. Very sturdy bike.
