Description: FOR SALE Scarce Vintage Set of Six Pressed Flora Framed Art Group Kathe Wohlfahrt Signed. DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION This original flora framed art group is signed (initialed) by the artist. They were purchased in Germany (GDR) prior to the fall of the Berlin wall with Kathe Wohlfahrt’s store tag on the reverse. Although it would appear to be, I cannot authenticate they were produced by Kathe Wohlfahrt. She is known for her Christmas decorations that were sold in Germany since 1964. She passed away in 2018 but her stores remain open by her family. This group contains six unique framed pieces. The largest is 12 ¼H x 5 1/8W inches. The smallest is 5 1/4H x 4W inches. All have hangers attached for wall mounting. Frames show wear from age as seen in images. Please see images to qualify the condition of the item(s).
