Description: For sale is an ultra rare mono deep groove pressing of Gerard Souzay (Baritone) and Dalton Baldwin (Piano) performing Die Winterreise by Schubert on the Philips label #PHM 2-510. This is so rare that even the comprehensive Discogs website has no listing of a mono pressing of this existing. But exists it does, and this is a beauty. The vinyl really couldn't be much nicer, I'm grading conservatively at VG+, but you need bright light and a close up view to see even minor imperfections, and this plays pretty close to perfectly. The jacket is shiny with some light discolorations on some white portions, all photographed so what you see is what you will be getting. I played this start to finish, so I'm not guessing on the sound quality, it's exactly as nice as I'm describing.
