Description: This is a clean New Old Stock example of Schwinn cyclometer mounting bracket 02 812, used to mount various models of bike cyclometer (e.g. Schwinn, CEV, Dorcy, Matex) on the front axle of your bike. (These are best installed on bolt-on front axles. They can be used on Quick Release hubs, but you will need to carefully re-align everything whenever you remove and replace the front wheel.) Overall dimensions are 2½" high and 13/16" wide. Axle mounting slot is 3/8" wide and 1¼" high. Jaw opening is about 3/8" wide before tightening the mounting clamp screw. NOTES: This is not intended for quick-release front hubs. This is intended for bicycles with bolt-on front axles. This listing is for the cyclometer mounting bracket only.
