Description: Vintage Schwinn Voyageur in 47cm size. 47cm seat tube measured ctc, 49cm ctt. In beautiful Forest Green colorway. Partial build, needs a crankset and bar/stem/lever combo. Fits 22.2mm 1" quill stems. Includes a lovely Campagnolo Omega Strada wheelset with 7 speed Shimano 105 hubs, with wide range cassette installed. 700x38mm Gravel King tires in green/tan. Tires are barely used in terrific shape. Everything is very clean and in good working order. I was in the process of building this up. I intended on installing a rear shifter on the handlebars, and left the front downtube shifter as I like how it leaves one side of the bar free to a bell, etc. Includes Sugino bottom bracket sized for triple crankset. Has original cantilever brakes and Shimano front derailleur. Upgraded rear to Deore LX which will readily index for 7 speeds. Also includes original seatpost and Schwinn/Selle San Marco saddle. Seatpost is shown at max height. Saddle has some minor wear but no rips or tears. Bike is in excellent vintage condition. Frame looks great. Fork has a small scrape, pictured. Chainstays have very minor kickstand marring. Very difficult to find in this condition after 35+ years. This is an excellent versatile platform. Lots of eyelets, even fork lowrider mounts.
