The cost of shipping Naval or First Day Cover Programs is $2.00 with each additional item at .50. We currently are not shipping to overseas destinations. We take great care in packaging your items. If we receive your order and payment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, we shipped the very next day. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped Monday.
