Description: SCOUT TARP 3P. Scout is a shelter that realizes the maximum internal space and, at the same time, minimum weight. The shape of a regular hexagon gives the maximum possible wind resistance from all sides. The shelter has a single T-entrance on a reinforced #5 water repellent YKK Aquaguard zipper. The pyramid tent is designed for 3 people. The area of the internal living space is about 5.85 square meters. Scout Tarp is setting up on a trekking pole in the center. For setup you need minimum 6 pegs. Stakes and poles are not included. Small packed size and volume. Pitching with either SCOUT FULL MESH 3P or SCOUT HALF MESH 1P you get an ultralight frameless two-layer shelter. Seams of the tarp are non-sealed. For sealing the seams we recommend sealant based on silicone. Mostly prefer McNett Seam Grip+SIL (earlier known as McNett Silnet Seam Sealer). The shelter is made from 1.1 oz Levitex Silpoly 20D Ripstop 2000 mm.
