Serving Bowl-Botanic Garden by Portmeirion-9 and 3/8" Wide-Pink Treasure Flower

Description: Offered is a nice sized serving bowl in the Botanic Gardens pattern issued by Portmeiron Company of Great Britain. The dish features a pink Treasure Flower in the inside bottom. As with all their designs in this pattern, it gives both the English and the Latin name for the featured flower. The bowl is about 9 and 3/8 inches across and is about 4 and 1/2 inches deep. It's the larger size of what was issued as a salad serving bowl, but obviously would work well to serve whatever you wanted or for display. Portmeiron is a British company which owns not only the Portmeiron line, but other houseware companies such as Spode and Royal Worcester. The Portmeiron company issued the first Botanic Garden items in 1972. It was designed by Susan Williams-Ellis and is a beloved pattern worldwide.
