Description: Up for sale here is this set of 2 NOS vintage Sprague Bumblebee PIO (paper-in-oil) capacitors. They are marked .22 uf 20% 400v, and test around .25 uf, with a very small amount of leakage/ESR. These are some of the best bumblebee capacitors I have ever owned.
