The panels are opaque, and made of a soft vinyl. Unbranded. Each panel measures approx. 35” T x 33 1/2” W overall—which includes a 2” hem on top and bottom for shirring on 1 rod or 2. One of the panels has a few slight flecks in the vinyl on the back, but nothing major. Please allow ample width if shirring on a rod(s).
