Description: Wonderful set of Six hand embroidered napkins! This is a fun set, it took me a few mines to realize that three are one motif and three another! The weight and size of the napkins are also a bit different. All six have the same monogram, but the framed are much weightier fabric and are a bit larger. Both have soft floppy hand and meticulously hand sewn hems. Charming hand embroidered monogram MP in red. Napkins are a lovely soft antique white color just a bit warmer than pure white. Weave is on the more rustic side. Dating from the early 1900's, Pre 1930. Condition: Very good for age and use! One has a number of tiny rust spot, you can try rust remover I usually leave them for myself.One also has a snag . see last photos. Freshly washed, pressed and ready to use. Approximate measurements: 3 are 28" X 23.5" and other 3 24" X 31" I do my best to accurately describe condition and point out major flaws, but condition is seldom perfect as one would expect from a 100 year old textile. Small marks and flaws should be expected.
