SGC 5 - 1959 Topps #116 Jerry Kramer RC Green Bay Packers HOF

Description: An SGC graded EX 5 – 1959 Topps rookie card of Hall of Famer Jerry Kramer of the Green Bay Packers. This example has no creasing, excellent color, good focus, bold printing and bright borders. The corners are consistent with those found on most NM+/NM-MT examples. There is a small spot of surface wear on the top border above the player's right shoulder, but it does not detract too much from the overall eye appeal of the card. There is an indentation (approx. 1/2" long) on the left edge and another (approx. 1/2" long) on the right edge that can be easily seen when the card is tilted to the light. Neither of the indentations shows on the back. On the back of the card, the "Magic Answer" area has not been rubbed, but there are some spots of light toning in a few places. Otherwise, the back is clean with bold printing. Without the surface issue and indentations, this card would be a strong candidate for an SGC 7.5 holder.
